Car Horn Working Principle
The working principle of the car horn is: car horn through the vibration of the metal diaphragm sound, metal diaphragm by the core, magnetic coil, contacts, armature, diaphragm and other components.
When the driver presses the horn switch, the current flows through the coil through the contacts, and the coil generates magnetic force to suck the armature, forcing the diaphragm to move. When the armature movement, the contact is disconnected, the current is interrupted, the magnetic force of the coil disappears, the diaphragm in its own elasticity and the role of the spring sheet with the armature to return to its original position, the contact closure circuit is once again connected, the current flows through the contacts through the coil to produce magnetic force, thus producing sound.

Debugging Instructions
Step 1: Before commissioning, the commissioner must wear earplugs; so as not to sound harmful to the ears.
Step 2: The ammeter detects if the horn is leaking, if not proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Adjust the voltage of the debugger to the appropriate voltage of the horn (all the horn voltage adapted to different cars or boats, different voltage, different current, every time you test the debugger must be re-tested voltage as well as current.) The power cord is connected to the speaker socket, and the debugger adjusts the appropriate current; finally, turn on the power.
Step 4: Observe the voltage and current of the debugger; correspond to different horn models to make a judgment on whether the horn is qualified.
Step 5: Disconnect power and unplug the horn power cord; clean up the scene; and present the report.
Green - Charged battery
Dark grey - Flat battery
White - Very low electrolyte level (unfit battery)
Horn use
Notes on the use of car horn:Try not to always press the horn for a long time, because it is easy to cause premature erosion of the horn contacts; if the horn fails, try to seek the help of professional maintenance technicians. Do not blindly replace the horn, easy to cause unnecessary waste.
How to use the horn correctly.
1. It is recommended to use a loudspeaker alert of up to three beeps on unsignalized unmanned Road C.
2. 2. For hills, curves, and dead ends (intersections without auxiliary mirrors), it is recommended to use a horn tip with up to 3 sounds.
3. When overtaking a vehicle at high speed, use the horn to signal the vehicle with lights in the next lane.
4. When there is a problem vehicle on the road (insufficient tire pressure, severe run-off, open doors, etc.). It is recommended to use the lights to prompt, if it does not work, give it a horn to prompt, it is best to notify the other vehicle when stopping. Traffic regulations stipulate that the use of the car horn is this: motor vehicles approaching sharp curves, the top of ramps and other sections of the road affecting the safety of sight distance, or overtaking, encountering emergencies, should slow down and sound the horn.
safety net
1. Try not to always honk the horn for a long time, as this can easily cause premature ablation of the horn contacts.
2. speaker failure try to seek professional maintenance technician help, do not blindly replace the speaker, easy to cause unnecessary waste.
